I was born in the summer of 1971 in the South-Western part of the Netherlands. I developed an interest in military aviation during my teens. I started photographing military aircraft in 1991 and published my first photo two years later.
Over the years I have visited most air forces in Europe as well as several others on different continents. Many of my visits to foreign air forces resulted in published material in various international aviation magazines. Please visit the publications page on this site to learn more about that.
I had the chance of flying with 15 different air forces on four continents logging more than 100 flights.
